HESTIA

So you peasant want to know more about me??? Weird. Anyway, why not share something?

I'm Renzo (they/he), creator of this place of weirdness. I created it to have a digital outlet for my thoughts, creativity, and frustrations. With it came the 'advantage' of having a place to organize my analog life in a low-digital way. It probably could have been way easier if I just just a static site generator or even worse just wordpress or something like that, but hey, what is the fun in that??

In my daily life I am a software developer, writing mainly javascript (of which you can NOT find any on this site). Next to that I love reading, although I should be doing it more, i love hiking in nature, and I love plants (at the time of writing this I just bought 11 new plants, whoops).

I came from a history of tinkering with Arduino's and other microcontroller, but that has recently been on a bit of a slow burner. But making things that look like bombs do be fun. I once ran a 320x480 lcd screen on 90fps via a 8bit parallel bus on a Rapberry Pi pico. Still proud on that one (All though the screen probably couldn't display it, it at least got the data). One screen buffer already took like 60% of the available RAM, whoops.

Right now I'm picking up a little bit of sewing. I bought a sewing machine and already made my flare pants a bit wider to fit me more properly. I'm looking forward to do more with it soon.
